***** Rajan Gupta, J. (Oral) Petitioner has impugned his transfer from Block Jaito, District Faridkot to Hoshiarpur-1, District Hoshiarpur. It has been urged before the court that the petitioner has been a victim of frequent transfers in a short span of time. Learned counsel has referred orders Annexure P-1 and P-2 in this regard.

Faced with this situation, Mr. Bajwa submits that the matter shall be looked into by the competent authority and a fresh order shall be passed within three weeks from today.

Till then status quo be maintained.
