*** AMARJOT BHATTI, J. (Oral) CRM-17831-2023 This is an application under Section 482 Cr.P.C. for withdrawal of main case, which is pending for 12.05.2023.

For the reasons enumerated in the application, the same is allowed and main case is taken on Board for today itself. CRM stands disposed of.

CRM-M-36195-2022 Learned counsel for the petitioner stated that in view of the new development in the case, he wants to withdraw the present regular bail application with permission to file fresh bail application before the trial Court. In view of the statement, the petition stands dismissed as withdrawn with the aforesaid liberty.
