(ORAL) Learned counsel for respondent No.4, at the outset, submits that proceedings before this Court are rendered infructuous and has tendered a copy of judgment dated 23.11.2022 passed by Learned Sessions Judge, Mansa, which is taken on record and marked as Annexure 'A'. Perusal of the same reveals that impugned order challenge herein was also simultaneously challenged before learned Sessions Court and the same has been set aside. Matter has been remanded back. In any case, present petition is not being maintainable and is, accordingly, dismissed.
