**** ARUN MONGA, J. (ORAL) Petition herein, inter alia, is for issuance of a writ in the nature of mandamus directing the respondents to allow the petitioner to continue working on her post till regular selected candidates are appointed. Learned State counsel submits that per para 7 of the reply filed by the State,post in question is not available at ESI Dispensary, Yamuna Nagar even though at certain other dispensaries, posts are lying vacant. On a Court query, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is willing to join anywhere as long as she is given appointment. In the premise,writ petition is disposed of with an expectation that petitioner will be given due accord of her merit and if found eligible, she will be offered appointment subject to her giving undertaking that she is willing to join anywhere as per availability of the vacant post.
