ORAL Petition herein is under Section 482 Cr.P.C. for quashing the impugned orders dated 30.01.2018 (Annexure P-6), dated 05.05.2018 (Annexure P-11) and final order dated 25.05.2018 (Annexure P-12) passed by learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Shaheed Bhagat Singh Nagar in case FIR No.0099 dated 17.07.2017, registered under Sections 406, 498-A, IPC at Police Station Rahon, District Shaheed Bhagat Singh Nagar whereby petitioner's son Bikramjit Singh has been declared a proclaimed offender. When this Court expressed its prima facie opinion on the maintainability of the petition, the same has since been filed by father on behalf of his adult son staying in Italy, without there being any authorization, the learned counsel for the petitioner, confronted with the situation, seeks permission of this Court for withdrawal of the case with liberty to file fresh one with better particulars.
