ARUN MONGA, J. (ORAL) Assailed herein is order dated 16.04.2021 (Annexure P-6) passed by learned Principal Judge, Family Court, Ambala, whereby while allowing application under Section 24 of Hindu Marriage Act, 1955, respondent-Babita has been granted monthly maintenance at the rate of Rs.6000/- from the date of application till decision of main petition along with Rs.4000/- as litigation expenses.

Notice of motion was issued on 23.09.2021 and till today matter is pending for arguments. Today neither there is any representation on behalf of petitioner nor any request for pass over/adjournment. It seems that petitioner is avoiding payment of monthly maintenance and intentionally delaying the matter.

In the premise, instant revision petition is dismissed for nonprosecution. 4.

Pending applications, if any, shall also stand disposed of accordingly.
