(Oral) The grievance of the petitioner in the present writ petition is that he was possessing the requisite qualification still his candidature has not been considered whereas the University is recognised and he fulfills all the terms and conditions of the advertisement. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has served a legal notice upon the respondents but no action has been taken so far. Even the posts are still lying vacant. Learned counsel also submits that the petitioner would be satisfied in case, directions are issued by this Court to consider the legal notice and take action. In view of the limited prayer of the petitioner and without commenting anything on the merits of the case, the present writ petition is disposed of with a direction to respondents to consider the legal notice (Annexure P-9) and take necessary action in accordance with law within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order. Disposed of accordingly.
