(ORAL) Learned counsel for the respondent-State submits that while deciding the representation of the petitioners by passing a speaking order, the claim of the petitioners has been rejected. Learned counsel for the petitioners seeks liberty of this Court to withdraw the present writ petition with liberty to file fresh one by challenging the speaking order, in case, necessity arises.
