(Oral) The petitioner has approached this Court seeking grant of anticipatory bail in respect of complaint No.499, dated 26.9.2016, wherein he was ordered to be summoned for offences under Sections 420 and 468 IPC vide order dated 18.9.2017.

At this stage, learned State counsel has informed that the petitioner has been declared a 'Proclaimed Offender' vide order dated 23.8.2021.

Learned counsel for the petitioner has however, argued that the aforesaid order declaring the petitioner as a 'Proclaimed Offender' has been passed recently during the pendency of the instant bail application and that MOHAN SINGH 2021.09.09 19:01 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document

- 2 - CRM-M-35139-2020 (O&M) since he had approached this Court way back in the year 2020, he may be extended the concession of anticipatory bail. Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, the petition is disposed of with a direction that in case the petitioner surrenders before the trial Court within a period of 15 days from today and moves an application for grant of regular bail in the forenoon of the day, the trial Court shall endeavour to dispose of the same expeditiously preferably on the day of filing of such application while taking into account that it is a matter arising out of a private complaint.
