This petition, under Section 439 Cr.P.C., was filed for grant of interim regular bail for four months, i.e. from 27.09.2021 to 27.01.2022 on medical grounds, in FIR No. 158, dated 4th October, 2020, under Sections 22(c) and 29 of the Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act, 1985, registered at Police Station Guhla, District Kaithal. 3.

The petitioner was granted interim bail for treatment and surgery in Kalpna Chawla Hospital, Karnal, which was extended from time to time.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that since the petitioner has already surrendered on 4th February, 2022, this petition is rendered infructuous and may be disposed of accordingly. 5.

Learned State counsel did not raise any objection to the above statement.
