(ORAL) Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that as Section 307 of the IPC has been invoked in the FIR, but no charge has been framed under the said section so far and likely the petitioners might not be charged under Section 307 of the IPC while framing charges, hence, he be allowed to withdraw this petition, at this stage, with liberty to the petitioners to file a fresh petition at a later stage in case the same is permissible.
