Notice of this application was issued on 10.11.2021. Learned counsel for the respondents has no serious objection to the aforesaid substitution.

In view of aforesaid, the application is allowed. Letter dated 17.12.2020 be read in place of Annexure P-10. Main case Learned counsel for the respondents has filed short affidavit in compliance of order dated 27.09.2021. The affidavit is taken on record.

CWP No. 19452 of 2021 (O&M) -2During pendency of the present petition, principal amount stands paid to the petitioner.

According to the learned counsel for the petitioner, interest for the delayed payment has not been released so far. So far as claim qua interest is concerned, there is assertion and denial on behalf of the parties.

In view of above, this petition is disposed of with a liberty to the petitioner to approach the competent authority for the claim towards interest for the delayed payment in accordance with law.

In case, such a representation is made within 03 weeks from today, the competent authority shall decide the same in accordance with law.
