Petitioner seeks quashing of FIR and charge sheet/challan dated 23.07.2021 filed after investigation of the case.

Petitioner is aggrieved of addition of his name on the recovery memo in place of Amir Alam whose name was originally shown in place of the petitioner.

It appears from the record that the petitioner was arrested on 24.05.2021 and at that time, recovery of one box containing the contraband was effected from his car bearing No.UP-12-AM-2025. Total 13 boxes of Tarmadol Hydrochloride JYOTI SHARMA 2021.10.13 17:32 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document

CRM-M No. 40103 of 2021 (O&M) -2capsules having 3900 capsules with batch number and other details were recovered.

Since, challan has been submitted and charges have not been framed by the trial Court so far, therefore, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks to withdraw the present petition at this stage with liberty to avail his legal remedy before the trial Court in accordance with law.
