CWP No.22822 of 2016 (O&M) -2RAJIV NARAIN RAINA, J. (ORAL) This order will dispose of four writ petitions i.e. CWP Nos.22822, 23113, 23832 and 23538 of 2016 as same issue is involved in all the cases which can conveniently be decided by a common order. The petitioners have approached this Court for directions to the respondents to appoint them as Science Masters/Mistresses in terms of advertisement dated 20.11.2015 (Annex P-1) in the Punjab Education Department (School Cadre).

Learned counsel for the petitioner(s) state on instructions from their respective clients that all the petitioners have been offered appointment and have joined their services, which renders the petition infructuous. Accordingly, the present petitions are disposed of as having been rendered infructuous. Needless to say, that all the consequential benefits arising from acceptance of offers of appointment would follow as per rules and in accordance to the law.
