(ORAL) The petition has been filed, inter alia, seeking a writ of certiorari quashing the Screening Test result dated 12.11.2024, Annexure P-2, held for the post of Post Graduate Teachers (PGTs) in the subject of History pursuant to advertisement 26/2024, Annexure P-1.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the Commission submits that the Screening Test was held on 27.10.2024 and its result was declared on 12.11.2024, wherein the petitioners could not qualify as BC-B category candidates. Thereafter, the Subject Knowledge Test was held and its result was declared on 16.12.2024. Later, final selection result was also declared on 31.01.2025 and recommendations for appointment of the selected candidates PUSHPINDER SAINI 2025.08.01 10:17 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document

CWP-16300-2025 -2were made to the Government, but none of the selected candidates has been impleaded as party to the petition.

In view of the aforementioned facts, there is no ground to entertain the petition.
