Since the petitioner seeks allotment of a plot in the category of Locally Displaced Persons on the plea that her 'dwelling unit' was acquired and as such the condition of acquisition of minimum half acre of land is inapplicable, we are of the considered view that a disputed question of fact, namely, whether one room premises was being used by the petitioner as her dwelling unit can be effectively established by her by leading evidence before the Civil Court.
