(ORAL) This petition has been filed by the petitioners under Section 482 Cr.P.C. for quashing of FIR No.428 dated 23.09.2020 under Sections 323, 34, 427 and 506 IPC, registered at Police Station Kharkhoda, District Sonipat, as well as all consequential proceedings arising therefrom. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that in the aforesaid case cancellation report has been filed before the trial Court, therefore, instant petition has been rendered infructuous. Disposed of accordingly.
