Learned counsel for the respondent states that the main writ petition being CWP-31398-2019 tiled as 'Sumitra V/s State of Haryana & Ors.' has been disposed off by this Court vide order dated 09.04.2024 on the basis of a compromise.

In view thereof, this Court is left with no other option but to dismiss the present contempt petition for non-prosecution. 4.
