Apprehending his arrest in FIR No.88 dated 13.3.2023, under Sections 15(c) of Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act, 1985 (Sections 27-A and 29 of NDPS Act and 238 of BNS added later on), registered at Police Station Pehowa Sadar, District Kurukshetra, the petitioner has preferred this petition under Section 482 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 seeking pre-arrest bail. 2.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner seeks to withdraw the petition in hand at this stage with liberty to file afresh, on the same cause of action after giving out complete antecedents of the petitioner. 3.
