No ground for interference is made out on findings of fact recorded by the Labour Court in proceedings under section 33-C (2) of the Industrial Disputes Act, 1947. The Labour Court found neither oral nor documentary evidence to prove that wages were not paid to the workman for the period 1998 till 2004.

The petition stands dismissed.
