(Oral) The grievance of the petitioners before this Court is that vide instructions dated 29.07.2009 issued by Finance Department, the House Rent Allowance was required to be paid to the employees of State of Haryana and they were paid HRA in view of instructions dated 29.07.2009. Simultaneously, Haryana Civil Services (Revised Pay) Rules, 2016 were also promulgated, wherein the pay of the petitioners were revised but still they are being paid HRA on un-revised pay scale, wherein it was required to be re-fixed in accordance with the schedule mentioned in the legal notice on the revised pay scale.

In this regard, the petitioners have submitted the legal notice dated 13.04.2018 (Annexure P-11), which has not been decided yet. In view of the above factual position, this petition, at this stage is being disposed of without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, by giving a direction to respondents to look in to the legal notice dated Gaurav Arora 2018.08.01 10:34 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document Chandigarh
