TRIBHUVAN DAHIYA J. (ORAL):
The petition has been filed, inter alia, seeking a writ of mandamus directing the respondent-authorities to grant the benefit of MACP Scheme to the petitioner and fix his pay and pension correctly, over and above that of his juniors.

Learned counsel for respondents no.2 and 3 contends that the relief claimed has already been granted to the petitioner vide office order dated 6.7.2023 and 4.8.2023. The written statement filed to that effect is taken on record, a copy whereof has already been furnished to learned counsel for the petitioner.
