(ORAL) Feeling aggrieved against the alleged inaction on the part of respondent authorities, petitioners have approached this Court, by way of instant writ petition under Article 226/227 of the Constitution of India, seeking a writ in the nature of Certiorari/Mandamus. Learned counsel for the petitioners, at the very outset, fairly states that he does not intend to press this writ petition qua the writ of Certiorari, for the time being. He further submits that petitioners are identically placed with Dinesh Kumar and others who approached this Court by way of CWP No. 23440 of 2014 (Dinesh Kumar and others Vs. Haryana State Electronics Development Corporation Limited and another) and the writ petition was disposed of, vide order dated 17.11.2014 (Annexure P-8). Civil Writ Petition No. 2340 of 2015 submitting that petitioners will be satisfied in case present writ petition is disposed of in terms of the order dated 17.11.2011 passed in Dinesh Kumar's case (supra) Having heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, including the issue of limitation, lest it should prejudice the rights of either of the parties, the Managing Director, Haryana State Electronics Development Corporation Limited (HARTRON)-respondent No.3 is directed to look into the matter, consider the grievance of the petitioners, raised vide their representation dated 17.7.2014 (Annexure P-7) and decide the same, at an early date by passing an appropriate order thereon, strictly in accordance with law and also keeping in view the order dated 15.5.2003 passed by this Court in CWP No. 3294 of 2002 ( Maninder Kaur Vs. State of Punjab), but in any case within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a certified copy of this order.

It is further directed that while passing the appropriate order, respondent No.2 shall also keep in mind orders Annexure P-9 and P-10.
