This order shall dispose of the above mentioned three petitions filed on behalf of petitioners Guddi, Suresh Kumar @ Suresh Chaudhary and Rakesh Kumar @ Rakesh Chaudhary seeking grant of regular bail in respect of a case registered vide FIR No.154 dated 14.6.2019 at Police Station City Sri Muktsar Sahib, District Sri Muktsar Sahib under Sections 307, 452, 354, 354-B, 323, 506, 148, 149 and 120-B of Indian Penal Code. 2.
The FIR was lodged at the instance of Meena, wherein she stated that she resides with her parents because her marriage has been dissolved by way of decree of divorce. On 14.06.2019 at about 12.00 Noon, accused Rishu, Sunny, Jambu forcibly entered into the house and dragged her by her hair to the main street in front of their house. Rishu who was having belt in his hand gave her merciless beatings with belt. Sunny who was unarmed gave kicks blows and openly molested her and with an intention to kill her kept on twisting her neck. Accused Hassan gave her merciless beatings with chappal. Accused Roop kept on encouraging other accused. Guddi armed with baseball bat also kept on encouraging other accused. In the meantime, Jyoti and Renu also came at the spot and while she was lying down, they also gave her merciless beatings.
Accused Rakesh Chaudhary and Suresh Chaudhary who were standing at a distance with Scorpio vehicle parked near gymnasium also kept on encouraging the accused persons including the lady accused. Her mother Malti tried to rescue her, but she was also given merciless beatings by the accused and they also tore clothes of her mother. When they raised alarm, people started gathering there and upon seeing the gathering, the accused fled away from the spot.

The learned counsel for the petitioner(s) has submitted that the FIR came to be lodged due to some misunderstanding, which has now been resolved and that the parties have amicably entered into a compromise. 4.
The aforestated position is admitted by Mr. Rajat Dogra, Advocate, counsel for the complainant, who has expressed that he has no objection for grant of bail to the petitioners.

The learned State counsel, while feigning ignorance about the compromise, has stated that the challan already stands presented and that the petitioners have been behind bars since the last more than 4 months. 6.
Having regard to the aforesaid facts and circumstances and while noticing that the challan already stands presented and that the complainant does not have any objection for grant of bail and also that the parties have amicably resolved their dispute, the petitions are accepted and the petitioners are ordered to be released on bail subject to their furnishing bail bonds/surety bonds to the satisfaction of trial Court/Chief Judicial Magistrate/Duty Magistrate concerned.
