(Oral) The grievance of the petitioner in the present writ petition is that respondents No.4 and 5 are junior to her but they have been shown senior. The petitioner has raised objection on 07.10.2016 in writing but no action has been taken so far.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner would be satisfied in case, directions are issued by this Court to decide representation dated 07.10.2016 (Annexure P-2) within some stipulated period.

In view of the limited prayer of the petitioner, the present writ petition is disposed of with a direction to respondent No.3 to consider and decide the objections mentioned in the representation dated 07.10.2016 (Annexure P-2) within a period of two months from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order.

Disposed of accordingly.
