RAJESH BHARDWAJ, J.(ORAL) Petitioners have approached this Court praying for quashing the impugned order, dated 13.11.2014, Annexure P-3, passed by respondent No.1 and order dated 16.07.2014, Annexure P-2, passed by respondent No.2 and with a further prayer to restrain the respondents from carving out the khal at point AB from the land of the petitioners. On the last date of hearing, learned State counsel, on instructions, had submitted that grievances of the petitioners have already been redressed as underground pipe has already been laid down. Learned counsel for the petitioners has also admitted the aforesaid fact and submitted that grievances of the petitioners have already been redressed and hence the present petition has become infructuous and same may be disposed of as such.
In view of the statements made by learned counsel for the parties, the present petition is disposed of as infructuous. October 31, 2023 ( RAJESH BHARDWAJ ) meenuss JUDGE 1.
