The prayer in the present Civil Writ Petition filed under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India, is for quashing the charge sheet dated 22.11.2019 (Annexure P-5), vide which the petitioner has been charge sheeted for providing wrong information under RTI Act, 2005 and impugned order dated 17.12.2009 (Annexure P-6).

Learned State counsel submits that the present petition has been rendered infructuous, which has not been disputed by learned counsel for the petitioner.
