Learned counsel for the parties state that during the pendency of the present petition, the main petition under Section 125 CrPC itself stands decided by the Family Court and hence the present petition has been rendered infructuous.

In view of the above, the present petition is dismissed as having been rendered infructuous. Pending applications, if any, also stand disposed off.
