1. The petitioner has moved an application for early hearing of the main case.

2. Main case is preponed and taken on board today itself.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has prayed to be considered for the post of Anganwadi worker in terms of the instructions which were already applicable at the time of advertisement, instead of applying the new instructions.

5. Granting liberty to the petitioner to file an appeal before the concerned Collector, it is directed that if such an appeal is filed, the same shall be decided within a period of three months.
