-.- KARAMJIT SINGH , J. (Oral) As per the status report furnished by the trial Court dated 16.11.2022, the prosecution has already concluded its evidence. The counsel appearing on behalf of NCB apprised the Court that after recording of statements of accused persons under Section 313 Cr.P.C. now the case is fixed for defence evidence, if any and for arguments. In view of the above as the trial is at its fag end, at this stage no ground is made to grant bail to the petitioner, accordingly present petition is hereby dismissed.
