Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner had approached the State Information Commission, Haryana, by filing an application which was disposed of by the State Information Commission, Haryana vide impugned order dated 16.04.2024/25.04.2024 (Annexure P-2) by giving certain direction as mentioned in paragraph No. 5 of the impugned order dated 16.04.2024/25.04.2024 (Annexure P-2). 2.

Learned counsel for the petitioner further submits that vide impugned order dated 16.04.2024/25.04.2024 (Annexure P-2), the enquiry which was directed to be conducted has not been completed so far even though too much time was given by the State Information Commission, Haryana to conclude it and despite the fact that the petitioner also sent a numbers of reminders to the various authorities who were directed to comply with the impugned order dated 16.04.2024/25.04.2024 (Annexure P-2) but eventually it was of no avail.

Learned counsel for the petitioner further submits that the petitioner will be satisfied, at this stage, in case a direction is issued to the RIYA 2025.05.29 17:50 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document

CWP-16004-2025 (O&M) -2respondents to comply with the said order dated 16.04.2024/25.04.2024 (Annexure P-2) in the letters and spirit.

Mr. Gaurav Jindal, Additional Advocate General, Haryana, appears and accepts notice on behalf of the respondent-State and submits that the impugned order dated 16.04.2024/25.04.2024 (Annexure P-2) passed by Information Commissioner, Haryana, will be complied with by the competent authorities in the letters and spirits within the period of two months from the receipt of certified copy of this order. 6.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that keeping in view the statement of learned State counsel, the present petition may kindly be disposed of having been not pressed any further. 7.

Ordered accordingly.
