G.S.SANDHAWALIA, J. (Oral) Challenge in the present writ petition is to the transfer order dated 08.06.2017 (Annexure P-2) from Hisar to Palwal. The said order has been challenged at a belated stage when the petitioner has already joined at Palwal. Merely because similarly situated persons who have approached this Court earlier in time and having got the relief, would not entitle the petitioner for the same relief as he would be bound by the principle of estoppel.
