In the present petition, the petitioner is praying for directions to the respondents for grant of ACP scale upon completion of 08 years of service.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner, on instructions from the petitioner submits that he will be satisfied if, at this stage, a direction is given to the respondent No. 1 to decide the legal notice dated 06.04.2024 (Annexure P-11) in a time bound manner.
