(ORAL) Through this petition, the petitioners seek anticipatory bail in case bearing FIR No.21 dated 17.07.2021, registered under Sections 420, 467, 468, 471 and 120-B IPC, at Police Station NRI Amritsar, District Amritsar.

Vide order dated 11.10.2021 passed by a Coordinate Bench this Court, the petitioner had been granted ad interim pre-arrest bail and directed to join the investigation.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that pursuant to the aforesaid order, the petitioners have joined the investigation. Learned State counsel, on instructions from ASI Manjinder Singh, that the petitioners have joined the investigation and are now not required for any further investigation.

CRM-M-39958-2021 (O&M) -2In view of the above, without commenting on the merits of the case, the present petition is allowed and the order dated 11.10.2021 granting interim bail to the petitioners, is made absolute, subject to the conditions laid down in Section 438 (2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
