Jaswant Singh,J.(Oral) Petitioner by way of present writ petition had laid challenge to the orders dated 9.11.2011(P-3) passed by Superintending Canal Officer, Ferozepur Canal Circle, Ferozepur and order dated 1.2.2010 (P-1) passed by Deputy Collector, Abohar Canal Division, Canal Colony,Tehsil Abohar, District Fazilka whereby warabandi of outlet no.96597/R-Lambi Rajbah had been amended.

Vide order dated 3.11.2014 passed by this Court the matter was referred to Mediation and Conciliation Center of this Court to explore the possibility of settlement of the dispute. Now as per report dated 9.2.2015 of the Mediation and Conciliation Center, the parties have amicably settled their dispute. At the time of hearing learned counsel for the parties state that in view of the matter having been amicably settled before the RAJINDER PRASHAD JOSHI 2015.03.11 17:25 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this document High Court, Chandigarh.
