Present writ petition is challenge to the order dated 28.06.2018 (Annexure P3), whereby petitioner has been posted out from Jalandhar to Assam.
Learned counsel for the petitioner contended that petitioner is otherwise due for retirement on 31.01.2020; his son is mentally challenged and is having 75% disability and on that account, he has already made detailed representation dated 08.07.2018 (Annexure P5). In view of above, present writ petition is disposed of, at this stage, with a direction to respondent No.1 to decide representation dated 08.07.2018 (Annexure P5), filed by the petitioner, by passing a speaking order expeditiously and preferably within a period of one month from the date of receipt of a certified copy of this order.
