(Oral) The primary challenge in this writ petition filed under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India, is to the revised bill of entry for human consumption dated 04.03.2015, which is appended as Annexure P-8 along with the writ petition.

After arguing for sometime, learned counsel for the petitioner states that he may be allowed to withdraw the present writ petition with liberty to the petitioner to approach the concerned authority by filing a detailed and comprehensive representation at the first instance by raising all the pleas as are available to the petitioner to impugn Annexure P-8. 3.

Dismissed as withdrawn. It is, however, observed that in case such a representation is filed by the petitioner, the same shall be decided by the concerned authority expeditiously.
