(Oral) On 20.08.2015 an eviction order was passed against respondent No.5 and without giving him any breathing time to challenge that order in appeal etc., warrants of possession have been obtained on 31.08.2015. The petitioners are before us seeking a direction to the authorities to execute those warrants of possession.

The writ petition is silent as to whether or not the 5th respondent has availed the statutory remedy of appeal as available to him under the Punjab Village Common Lands (Regulation) Act, 1961.
