RAJESH BHARDWAJ, J.(ORAL) Instant writ petition has been filed under Article 226/227 of the Constitution of India praying for issuance of a writ in the nature of mandamus directing respondents Nos.2 and 3 to take appropriate legal action on representations, dated 19.06.2023 and 20.06.2023. Counsel for the petitioners submits that petitioners would be satisfied if their representation, dated 20.06.2023, Annexure P-2, is decided in a time bound manner.

Notice of motion to official respondents only at this stage. On asking of the Court, Ms.Akshita Chuahan, DAG, Punjab, who is present in Court, accepts notice on behalf of the official respondents.
