JASJIT SINGH BEDI, J. (Oral) The learned counsel for the petitioner has contended that a similarly situated co-accused Arif was granted the concession of regular bail by the trial Court. However, it is brought to the notice of the Court that the complainant had filed a petition for cancellation of the bail granted to Arif in which notice has been issued by this Court on 17.07.2023 in CRM-M-33865-2023.

In view of the above, the learned counsel for the petitioner submits that she wishes to withdraw the present petition. Ordered accordingly.
