In the present petition, the challenge is to the impugned order dated 16.04.2025 (Annexure P-7) passed by State Information Commissioner, Punjab in the second appeal No. 2643 of 2024 whereby, the State Information Commissioner, Punjab has satisfied itself that the information that is being asked for by the petitioner has already been given to him.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that though vide order dated 16.04.2025 (Annexure P-7), the information has been given to the petitioner, but the information is not to the satisfaction of the petitioner. Learned counsel for the petitioner further submits that certain certified copies of the notifications and the orders issued by the Government of Punjab were also asked by the petitioner but the same have not been given to the petitioner by the respondents-Commission.

On being asked to point out as to which notifications or orders issued by the Government of Punjab, the petitioner wants to get from the respondents-Commission, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that there are no dates given with regard to the notification sought for by the RIYA 2025.05.29 17:50 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document

Keeping in view the fact that as no specific notification has been asked by the petitioner and general enquiry has been put, which has already been satisfied, especially when the order dated 16.04.2025 (Annexure P-7) has been passed by the State Information Commissioner, Punjab stating that the respondent had complied with their duties of supplying the information, no  

   

            

   

 

     

      Pending civil miscellaneous application, if any, stands disposed of.
