Learned counsel submits that regarding the claim as raised in the present petition, a legal notice dated 07.03.2025, Annexure P-24, has been served upon respondents, to which a copy of letter/memo dated 22.04.2025 addressed by respondent No.1 to No.3 to take a decision regarding the same, was received by them, however, no action has been taken. He thus, on instructions prays that a direction may be given to the respondents to decide the same in a time bound manner, 3.

Learned State counsel has no objection to the limited prayer made. 4. In view of the above and without commenting on the merits of the case, this petition is hereby disposed of with a direction to the respondents to MOHIT 2025.07.15 16:52 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document

CWP-16271-2025 (O&M) -2decide the legal notice dated 07.03.2025, within a period of 6 months, which this Court has no reason to believe the authorities would not address in a just, fair and reasonable manner. Needless to say, if the orders are adverse to their interest, the same shall contain reasons and the petitioners shall be free to seek legal redress thereupon.
