(ORAL) Challenge in this petition has been made to the selection criteria, urging that the reservation has wrongly been applied, after the petitioner participated in the selection process and was unsuccessful. Hon'ble the Apex Court in the case of Om Prakash Shukla v. Akhilesh Kumar Shukla and others, AIR 1986 SC 1043, has held that once the petitioner of the writ petition appeared in the examination without protest and files a petition challenging the criteria for selection after being unsuccessful in the selection process, is not entitled for any relief. In view of the law laid down by Hon'ble the Apex Court in the case of Om Prakash Shukla (supra), this petition filed by the petitioner PRASHANT KAPOOR 2019.07.16 11:52 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this document
