*** MANOJ BAJAJ, J. (Oral) Petitioner has filed this petition under Section 439 Cr.P.C for grant of regular bail in case FIR No.207 dated 08.09.2014 registered under Sections 21/22 of Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act, 1985 at Police Station Gharinda, Amritsar.

Learned State counsel on instructions from ASI Agyapal Singh states that only one prosecution witness remain to be examined and the case is coming up before the trial Court for the said purpose on 01.11.2021. Faced with this situation, learned counsel for the petitioner does not press this petition and wishes to withdraw the same. The prayer is accepted.
