**** AMIT RAWAL, J. (ORAL) In compliance of order dated 23.07.2019, Mr. Anil Kumar Hooda, Principal Chief Conservator of Forests, Panchkula/respondent No.3 and Mr. Vipin Kumar Singh, Divisional Forest Officer, Bhiwani/respondent No.4, are present in Court.

In response to notice of motion, learned State Counsel has filed the reply and taken the aid of order dated 10.09.2019, whereby benefits of notional pay have been granted.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the benefits are not in accordance with calculation.

Keeping in view the aforesaid facts, I deem it appropriate to dispose of present writ petition as having been rendered infructuous. However, liberty is granted to the petitioner to challenge the aforesaid order, if need arises, in accordance with law.
