(oral) Counsel for the petitioner has, though, averred in para 20 of the writ petition that there is no equally efficacious or speedy remedy left with the petitioner except approaching this Court, yet it is admitted during the course of hearing that the petitioner has statutory remedy of appeal under Section 24 of the Punjab Security of Land Tenures Act, 1953.
In view thereof, the present petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to avail statutory remedy, in accordance with law.
