(Oral) Learned counsel for the petitioners states that against the order dated 24.04.2014 (Annexure P-12), revision petition was filed but the same has since been withdrawn. If that is so and as prayed for, the instant writ petition is dismissed with liberty to the petitioners to file a fresh petition on the same cause of action alongwith complete facts and details. It is, however, directed that the order dated 02.12.2014 to maintain status-quo re: possession shall continue to operate for two weeks.
