Through this second petition, as instituted under Section 438 of the Cr.P.C., the petitioners have sought the concession of pre-arrest bail, in case FIR No.85 dated 29.05.2023, under Sections 395 of the IPC and Sections 25/27 of the Arms Act, 1959 (Section 120-B of the IPC added subsequently), registered at P.S. Sirhind, District Fatehgarh Sahib. 2.
After addressing arguments for some time, the learned counsel for the petitioners seeks leave to withdraw the instant petition, however, with liberty to the petitioners to surrender before the learned trial Court concerned and to make an application for bail before the latter, which may be directed to be decided expeditiously. 3.
Leave granted.

Consequently, the instant petition is dismissed as withdrawn, however, with liberty to the petitioners to, within ten days DEVINDER YADAV 2024.07.15 17:40 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this order/judgment
