CRM-M-34288-2023 (O&M) ( 2 ) 2024:PHHC:005241 have been raised herein before the Trial Court at appropriate stage including his plea to the effect that the FIR came to be lodged under some misunderstanding, which has ow been resolved. In view of the specific prayer made by learned counsel for the applicant/petitioner for withdrawal of the main case, the main case i.e. CRMM-34288-2023, which is stated to be fixed for 20.2.2024, is preponed and is taken on board today and the main case itself is hereby dismissed as withdrawn with liberty aforesaid.
