***** SANDEEP MOUDGIL, J (ORAL) DCRG/gratuity has been paid to the tune of Rs.1,41,840/- as well as arrear on account of revised pension for the period from 01.01.2016, fixing the same at Rs.20,400/- till 30.11.2025.

In the light of the aforesaid statement made by learned counsel for respondent-UHBVNL, nothing survives in the instant petition except the contention of learned counsel for the petitioner, who claims for interest for certain period on release of the aforesaid amount and also in the light of that, the writ petition in itself was pending before this Court since 2016 which has now been accepted by the respondent-Nigam.

The petition deserves to be disposed of at this stage, however, the petitioner will be at liberty to raise any other grievance with regard to amount of interest, if any, they are entitled to. In the light of full Bench decision "A.S. Randhawa vs State Of Punjab" by making a representation within a period KUSUM 2023.07.18 09:34 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this order/judgment Punjab & Haryana High Court, CHD

2023:PHHC:089492 CWP-2294-2016 -2of 4 weeks from today. In case, any such representation is submitted by the petitioners within the stipulated period of 4 weeks, the respondent- Nigam shall consider and decide the same by passing the speaking order in another period of 6 weeks thereafter. A copy of the said order be supplied to the counsel for the petitioner.

Disposed of in the aforesaid terms.
